Janet Tweed for Assembly 2024 /media proposal
Janet Tweed is campaigning to serve as state Assembly Member for NY’s 102nd district.
I propose a media project that will move Tweed’s move their platform into the light (mission 1) while providing a window into the civics aspect of the work she is chasing (mission 2).
It will be shot as vertical video and will be edited into segmented chapters, perfect for social media and easy sharing — prioritizing a light vibe with beautiful b-roll that feels like an insider’s view of our area.
The transcript will be available to be used for message harvesting and a text-based sprinkle of “getting to know Janet” and her vision for NYS.
It will be created around a list of questions that we have and that Janet has been regularly asked, such as:
What does an Assembly person do?
Why do you want to do it?
Is it a full-time job?
Will it necessitate you moving to Albany?
Is it paid?
Do you consider yourself more or a politician or an activist?
Listening tour
What have people in your district been sharing as their primary concerns?
Will the role of Assembly person allow you to have an effect on these concerns?
What are your concerns?
Do you believe the people speaking to you well represent the all?
If not, how will you hear the voices / concerns of the silent?
